The challenge

An agri-exporter was losing product to cold-chain breaks and, at the same time, tying up capital in inventory that wasn't turning. Operational and financial decisions were made in silos.

• Connected inventory turnover with working-capital management
• Set clear protocols and trained the field and plant teams

The result

Spoilage dropped noticeably and the company freed up working capital by syncing production, dispatch and collections. Cold-chain compliance became the rule, not the exception, thanks to protocols the team understands and sustains.
